Every user account is created with a username. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the specified username cannot be:

• Name or trademark that is a subject of copyrights belonging to other persons or entities.
• Offensive, vulgar or obscene.

THE PRECEDING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF NAKROTECK WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL NAKROTECK BE LIABLE TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR UNDER ANY OTHER AGREEMENT FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE FEES PAID FOR OUR SERVICE(S) DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PERIOD PRIOR TO THE INITIAL ACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.  THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT. Clients can pay for the offered products and services on our website using the offered payment methods. Nakroteck supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (Vodafone, MTN, Airtel-Tigo) Payments on behalf of Nakroteck.
• PayPal Payments on behalf of Nakroteck.
• Stripe Payments on behalf of Nakroteck.
• Credit card payments processed by Paystack Payment on behalf of Nakroteck.

Nakroteck does not store any credit card information apart of payment token and the last 4 digits of a Credit Card used for payments submission. All Credit Cards are instead stored on secure and compliant locations with our payment processor represented by Paystack Payment. For any further information on the stored Credit Cards, our customers may contact them directly.

Website Changes

Nakroteck reserve the right to modify or completely replace the current Website Terms of Service at any given point in time. If the revision is affecting a large variety of subjects in our Website Terms of Service, we may or may not inform our customers with 30 days prior notice.
