How VPS nameservers and assigned IPs work
A VPS can use assigned IPs and custom nameservers, but DNS must be configured carefully.
VPS and dedicated customers sometimes run their own DNS or private nameservers.
Assigned IPs
Your service page may show one primary IP and additional assigned IPs. Use the primary IP for SSH unless support tells you otherwise.
Nameservers
If you want nameservers such as ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com, you need glue records at the registrar and matching DNS service on the server.
Recommended approach
If you are not running DNS yourself, keep DNS on Nakroteck nameservers and point records to the VPS IP. This is simpler and safer.
