VPS and dedicated servers have credentials that are different from your Nakroteck login.

Common fields

Hostname: the server name, often your domain or a server label.
Primary IP: the main IP address used for SSH and services.
Username: usually root for Linux servers.
Password: the server password set during setup or reset later.
Assigned IPs: additional IP addresses allocated to the server where applicable.

Do not paste root passwords into tickets. If support needs access, we will ask you to reset it or provide a secure temporary method.
