Quick Answer
Some .gh-family domains need manual registry handling. Pay the invoice first, then staff completes the registry step.
Some Ghanaian domain extensions require manual registry confirmation. Nakroteck still lets you order them online, but activation may not be instant.
What happens after checkout
- You search for the domain and add it to cart.
- Nakroteck creates an invoice.
- You pay the invoice.
- Staff confirms the registry status and completes the registration.
What we may ask for
- Correct registrant name and contact details.
- Organization details for business or school domains.
- Clarification if the domain has special requirements.
When to open a ticket
If payment is complete and the domain is still pending after one working day, open a ticket with the order number and domain name.
