Placing your first order

Nakroteck uses an invoice-first order flow. That means your order creates an invoice first, and provisioning starts after the invoice is paid.

Choose what you need

  • Domain only: search for the domain name and add it to the cart.
  • Plesk hosting: choose Basic, Deluxe, Platinum, or another active hosting plan.
  • WordPress hosting: choose a plan if the website is WordPress-focused.
  • VPS or Dedicated: choose server resources, operating system, hostname, and setup details.

Review and pay

  1. Open your cart.
  2. Confirm the billing cycle, domain option, and total.
  3. Accept the terms.
  4. Pay the generated invoice with Mobile Money, card, Paystack, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer where available.

After payment

Shared hosting and many domains are processed automatically. Ghanaian .gh domains, VPS, dedicated servers, and some manual services may require staff review before final activation.
