Placing your first order

Ordering from Nakroteck takes three steps: pick a product, check out, and pay. This article covers all three.

Pick a product

• Domain only: use the search box on the homepage to check if your name is available.
• Hosting: open the Shared Web Hosting or WordPress Hosting page and click Order on the plan you want.
• VPS or Dedicated: configure the server size, location, and operating system before adding to cart.

Review your cart

On the cart page you can:

• Change the billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual) to get the longer-term discount.
• Add a domain, SSL, or other service to the same order.
• Apply a promo code if you have one.

Check out and pay

1. Click Checkout.
2. Confirm your billing details. If you already have a Nakroteck account, log in at the top of the page so the order is attached to your account.
3. Pick a payment method: Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone/Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa or Mastercard, or Bank Transfer.
4. Follow the prompt to complete payment. For Mobile Money you approve the charge on your phone.

What happens after payment

Shared hosting and domains provision automatically within a few minutes. VPS and dedicated servers take a little longer because we build them from scratch. You will get an email with your login details as soon as each service is ready.
