In the Plesk control panel, open Mail, click Create Email Address, set the mailbox password, and save.
Your hosting plan may include mailboxes for your domain. Create them from Plesk Mail.
Create the mailbox
- Go to Client Area > Hosting > Open service > Login to Plesk.
- Click Mail.
- Click Create Email Address.
- Enter the mailbox name, for example info.
- Set a strong password.
- Set mailbox size if your plan requires it.
- Save.
What to keep
Write down the full email address and password securely. You need them for webmail, Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or Android mail apps.
