How to pay with Mobile Money, card, Paystack, Stripe, or bank transfer

Open the invoice and choose the payment method. The invoice updates automatically when the gateway confirms payment.

You can pay invoices from the client area or from the payment link in the invoice email.

Pay from the client area

  1. Go to Client Area > Invoices.
  2. Open the unpaid invoice.
  3. Click Pay now.
  4. Select the payment method.
  5. Complete the gateway steps.

Payment methods

  • Mobile Money: approve the prompt on your phone.
  • Paystack: use supported card or Mobile Money options.
  • Stripe: use supported card payments.
  • PayPal: use PayPal if enabled for the invoice.
  • Bank transfer: send the transfer with the invoice number as reference.

Wait 10 minutes. If it still shows unpaid, open a ticket with the invoice number and payment reference.
