Paying an invoice (Mobile Money, card, bank transfer)
Three ways to settle your Nakroteck invoice, including Mobile Money from MTN, Vodafone/Telecel, and AirtelTigo.
When we generate an invoice, you get an email with a direct payment link. You can also pay from inside the client area.
From the client area
- Log in and click Invoices.
- Click the invoice number you want to pay.
- Click Pay now.
- Pick your method.
Mobile Money
- Choose MTN, Vodafone/Telecel, or AirtelTigo.
- Type the phone number linked to that wallet.
- Confirm. A prompt appears on your phone. Enter your Mobile Money PIN to approve.
- The invoice marks paid within about 30 seconds.
Visa or Mastercard
- Enter your card number, expiry, and CVV.
- You might be asked to complete 3D Secure (a one-time code from your bank).
- On success the invoice marks paid immediately.
Bank transfer
Pick Bank Transfer. We show you the account details and a unique reference. Transfer from your online banking. Payments land in our account the same day for local transfers and within two working days for international ones.
I paid but the invoice still shows unpaid
Mobile Money and card normally clear in under a minute. If the invoice still shows unpaid after 10 minutes, reply to your invoice email with the transaction reference from your phone or bank. We will reconcile it by hand.
