Nakapp account deletion

Request deletion of your Nakroteck app account

Nakapp is the mobile client area for Nakroteck hosting, domain, SSL, billing, and support services. You can request account deletion from inside the app under Profile > Delete account.

In the app

  1. Open Nakapp and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Delete account.
  4. Review blockers, retention notes, and confirm the request.

Without the app

If you no longer have app access, contact support from the email address on your Nakroteck account and request account deletion.

When deletion may be blocked

For account safety and service continuity, deletion cannot be completed while you have active client accounts, active hosting, active domains, active SSL/services, unpaid invoices, open orders, or unresolved support tickets. The app will show exact blockers and links to resolve them.

Data we may retain

Nakroteck may retain invoices, payments, tax records, fraud prevention records, domain/hosting audit logs, and legal compliance records where required. Optional profile and notification data is removed or anonymized where legally safe.
